🧘 Vrata (Fasting & Discipline)

  3. Saturday fast (Saturn)

Purpose: Self-discipline and purification of body and mind.

📿 Japa (Repetition Discipline)

Part of mantra but emphasized separately.

💎 Ratna (Gemstones)
